Please refer to below steps for payment through Virtual Account (VA) Bank CIMB
The payment will be verified for 1.5 hours after you completed the payment. You may refer to this link for further information on how to check payment status.
Via CIMB Niaga ATM
1. Insert CIMB Niaga ATM card, then enter ‘ATM PIN’.
2. Choose ‘Pembayaran’.
3. Choose ‘Virtual Account.
4. Enter ‘Virtual Account Number’.
5. When confirmation appears, choose ‘Ya’ / ‘Lanjut’.
6. Transaction is done, please keep your receipt.
OCTO Mobile
1. Login to OCTO Mobile.
2. Choose menu Transfer.
3. Choose Transfer to Other CIMB Niaga Account.
4. Choose Source of Account.
5. Input payment code as beneficiary account number.
6. Input amount.
7. Choose Next.
8. Enter PIN.
9. Transaction is done, please keep the transaction receipt.
OCTO Clicks
1. Login to OCTO Clicks. 2. Choose menu Transfer.
3. Choose Transfer to Other CIMB Niaga Account on Transfer Type.
4. Input payment code in Recipient Account column.
5. Input transfer amount in Amount column.
6. Continue to verify details.
7. Send OTP to proceed.
8. Enter OTP and confirm.
9. Transaction is done, please keep the transaction receipt.
Via Other Banks
1. Choose menu "Transfer antar bank" or “Transfer online antar bank”.
2. Enter CIMB Niaga bank code (022) or choose CIMB Niaga as the beneficiary bank.
3. Enter your 16 digit payment code on Beneficiary Account.
4. Enter Amount to pay as per your purchase. Different amount cannot be processed.
5. Confirm your transaction summary on screen and press “Yes” to continue.
6. Transaction is done. Please keep your receipt.
