Mechanism:  

• In store direct purchase using Mandiri EDC and Online (website/app): minimum transaction IDR 1,000,000 (after coupon deduction) ONLY for Mandiri Gold Credit Cards and above users (Visa and Mastercard) will get a maximum cashback of IDR 100,000 and Mandiri Credit Cards JCB Precious users will get a maximum cashback of IDR 200,000 which will be credited within a maximum of 60 working days after after the date of purchase on customers billing statement. 
• Online Purchase (website/app): minimum transaction of Rp 1,000,000 (after coupon deduction) with Mandiri VISA Debit Card and Mandiri Gold Credit Card above (Visa and Mastercard) will get a maximum cashback of Rp 100,000 and  Mandiri Credit Cards JCB Precious users will get a maximum cashback of IDR 200,000 which will be credited on customers billing statement or it will be credited to customers Debit Card saving account, within maximum 60 working days after the date of purchase. 

*Cashback is not valid multiples and ONLY valid 1 (one) time for 1 (one) cardholder. For example, a customer has 2 (two) types of Mandiri cards, a Mandiri Gold Credit Card and a Mandiri VISA Debit Card. On December 9th, 2023, the customer made a purchase worth IDR 1,000,000 with a Mandiri Gold Credit Card in store, then on December 12th, 2023, the customer made another purchase in store with a Mandiri Gold Credit Card worth IDR 1,000,000. And on January 10th 2024, the customer made an online order worth IDR 1,500,000 with Mandiri Visa Debit Card. So, the customer will get cashback worth IDR 100,000 for the first transaction (Mandiri Gold Credit Card) which will be credited and get cashback worth IDR 100,000 for the first Mandiri Debit Visa Card transaction when ordering online.

Customer made a transaction with Mandiri Gold Credit Card on December 10th, 2023, at UNIQLO store with a total of Rp 1,000,000 (after coupon deduction). If the billing statement is issued on the 5th of every month, the Rp 100.000 cashback will be stated on the customer’s billing statement no later than March 2024.

FAQ: 

1. Q: I have several Mandiri Cards, 2 Mandiri Gold Credit Cards and 1 Mandiri Debit Visa Card. Can I get cashback for each card? 
A: No. Cashback promotion ONLY applies to 1 (one) Mandiri Credit Card and Mandiri Debit Card holder each. So if 1 (one) card holder has 2 (two) or more cards, the cashback will only be obtained 1 (one) time for the first transaction that meets the requirements. 

2. Q: Can I get the Mandiri cashback right after the transaction?  
A: No, cashback will be received maximum within 60 working days 
- Mandiri Gold Credit Card above: cashback will be credited within a maximum of 60 working days after the date of purchase. 
- Mandiri VISA Debit Card: cashback will be credited to your debit card account that is used for the transaction within a maximum of 60 working days after the date of purchase. 

3. Q: I have paid using a Mandiri card with a purchase of Rp 1,000,000, will there be a notification about this cashback? 
A: Yes, there is notification via Bank Mandiri’s official whatsapp account if you user credit card or you can check your bank account statement within a maximum of 60 working days after the date of purchase if you were using Debit Card. 

4. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Mandiri cashback when ordering online? 
A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback. 

5. Q: Will I still get the cashback if I return the product purchased through the online store?   
A: No. You will not get cashback if you return products for a refund. 

6. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been within 60 working days after the date of purchase. 
A: If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact Mandiri Call Center 14000.
