FAQs: 
1. Q : I have a BNI VISA Credit Card and BNI Debit Card, can I get cashback for each card? 
A : No, the cashback can only be obtained 1 (one) time for 1 (one) customer/cardholder. Even if you have 2 or more BNI cards that are eligible for cashback, the cashback given is only for 1 (one) time. 

2. Q : Can BNI cashback be obtained right after the transaction?
A : No, the cashback will be credited to your billing statement or bank account with details below:
-Credit card: cashback will be credited to the credit balance to your credit card’s billing statement maximum of 30 working days from the end of promotional period or maximum by June 6, 2024 
-Debit card: cashback will be credited to the BNI account used for the transaction or the account of the card number that is filled in the e-form, maximum 10 working days from the end promotional period or maximum by May 3, 2024. 

3. Q: I paid with BNI Credit Card, do I need to fill in the e-form to get the cashback?
A: No, for Credit Card users do not need to submit the e-form. The e-form specifically needs to be submitted for Debit Card users to get the cashback. 

4. Q: I have purchased Rp 1,500,000 with BNI Debit Card at UNIQLO store but I forgot to submit the e-form at the store. Will I still get the cashback? 
A: You will not get the cashback if you do not fill in the e-form. If the transaction fulfil the requirements, you can fill in the data on the e-form and input the program code (code: Uniqlo) by clicking this link within the promotion period (March 15 - April 18, 2024).

5. Can I use VA Bank Transfer method to get the cashback for online transactions BNI Debit Card? 
A: No. Cashback for BNI Debit Card can ONLY be obtained if the requirements have been met and complete the payment by selecting the "Credit Card" payment method as below. Then you still need to fill in and submit the data on the e-from on this link and input the program code (code: Uniqlo) to be registered for cashback promotion. 

6. Q: Can I use payment with QRIS to get the cashback? 
A: No, you will not get the cashback if using QRIS. 
-For online order, you must choose the “Credit Card” method. This applied for both eligible Credit or Debit card. 
-For in-store purchase, must use payment with the eligible Credit or Debit Card using EDC machine. 

7. Q : I have paid using a BNI card with a purchase of Rp 1,000,000, will there be a notification about this cashback? 
A : Yes, you will get an SMS message from BNI after the cashback has proceeded to your billing statement or bank account. 

8. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get BNI cashback when ordering online? 
A: There is no special code or coupon when checking out at UNIQLO website/apps. If your transaction has met the requirement, you will get the cashback. However, for a transaction with a BNI Debit Card, you need to fill in the e-form and input the program code (code: Uniqlo) on the e-form to get the cashback.   

9. Q : Will I still get the cashback if I return the product purchased through the online store?  
A : No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund.

10. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended.
