Q. I don't receive email barcode for pick up the Click & Collect order
If you do not get the email with barcode on your inbox email folder, it may be due to the email storage is full or it delivered to your spam / junk email folder.
However, if you do not receive email with barcode of Click & Collect pick up at all, you still can pick it up by showing the order status on the "Order History" that stating the status is "Ready to pick up". You can show the detail order with the status "Ready to pick up" to the store staff for Click & Collect pick up process.
