How to print invoice

You can print the invoice through your UNIQLO account:

Log in to your UNIQLO Account and go to Membership page
Click “Purchase History”
Choose “Online” section.
Click “Invoice”.

How to print return slip

You can print the return slip by following these steps below:

Log in to your UNIQLO Account
Go to Membership page
Click “Purchase History” on “Online” section.
Click “Return” and follow the steps to submit return request within this link.
You can get and reprint the return slip:

During the return request process on your UNIQLO account, or
On the return confirmation email that you will get once the return request has been submitted, or
On Return Details with below steps:
